Cincinnati-area stimulus recipients have spent $843 million since Congress passed the Recovery Act in 2009, according to new data supplied by www.recovery.gov. Figures for the second quarter of 2011 were recently made available for download. The numbers show Tri-State stimulus recipients have spent 67 percent of the stimulus awards they won. Those recipients reported that their stimulus awards supported 1,046 jobs during the three months ended June 30.
