Gambling foes may sue to stop slots at Ohio tracks

An agreement that would open the door for slot machines at Ohio?s horse-racing tracks is facing a possible legal challenge even before the ink is dry on the deal brokered by Gov. John Kasich and gaming operator Rock Ohio Caesars LLC.
